First and only time use. Items printed look good, and packed for delivery well. Their selection of stationery items is great. But, due to not being able to be at home to accept a delivery, they refuse to release items for redelivery. This means I had to drive to the Tullmarine delivery company depot. They don't offer for the customer to pay for redelivery. Flat out no. Conditions stating that someone must be at the address to accept a delivery are mentioned prior to submitting work, but for no reason given will they make an exception. They also don't notify you that the goods have been shipped. As some items can take approximately 10 days to print and send, if you want to be able to meet the truck - hole yourself up in your house, unless you want a drive to Tullamarine. Because of this, I won't be using again. Not flexible in the slightest. All communication is done via email, as they are purely online, so they give no phone number and no address.

This is a favourite restaurant of mine. Very tasty food, and good size portions. I haven't tried most things on their menu, as I seem to order either my favourite pasta or favourite pizza. They do take away, but having the pizza there, it just tastes so much better than when you take it away. It loses 'something'. Nothing beats it hot and fresh there. Loooove the garlic smell when you walk in the door. Service is good, but you can get an 'off' night there. Not sure if the waitresses are friends and sometimes more involved in chatting to each other, than looking to see if any customers need anything. But overall, my experience each time is great.

Had what I thought was one particular problem with my gas central heating appliance. Discovered wasn't that, so didn't charge me for that call out, as he had to return to install a new ducted heater which we were going to source ourselves. He agreed on a specific cost to install it for us, and installed in the pouring rain with his apprentice. He tested appliance, and found it wasn't working correctly, so hung about to test and fix. This took him until at least 7pm, so a long job in all. In the end worked correctly and I appreciated the effort he put in.

My family and I booked a table to attend a 'Mother's Day' lunch. In all honesty, for something that was advertised as an international gourmet feast, the buffet food that was delivered could be likened to what you would receive at a substandard RSL. – The consensus at the table upon leaving – “bloody awful”. I could have had the same type of food at Smorgy's for half the price. Certainly not worth my $69. It does leave me and my family members with a 'ripped-off' feeling. Sent letter to the General Manager, but received no contact back. If I received something back, I wouldn't feel I'd have to let the public know not to waste your money there. Don't not know if the disappointing quality of food was a one-off, or it's always like that. Definitely won't be going back!
