Our guest sky dived with this business at short notice having just seen someone else sky dive and land on the beach where my guest and partner were swimming at the time. The booking was easy to make on the phone and 40 minutes later we were at the hanger near the airport signing up. The three staff, admin person, pilot and the all-important tandem jump instructor were incredibly friendly and professional. No sooner did my guest take off in the plane, me and my partner followed the admin girl in our car to the beach to set up where they would land. We took awesome photos from the ground as the jumper floated down to the earth. He had a blast. Best bit about this I would have to say was the DVD - so worth the extra cost! Dave (the tandem jump instructor guy) edited the DVD footage, which he films himself with a handheld camera strapped to his wrist, while we watched it. The final result was AWESOME. They had the coolest set up in the side of the trailer with the editing gear and tv to watch the show which was all running off a generator. It was seriously cool. Our guest also got a certificate of his jump. Though I'm probably too scared to ever take on this challenge myself, the views seen in the DVD footage from the jump were incredible. Best way to see Coffs Harbour from the sky if you're brave enough and that way inclined. I am nothing but utterly impressed with this business. Professional, friendly and great value for money.

The Big Banana is great for a photo-op but the cost of some of the other activities are a bit of a put-off. The multimedia banana tour presentation is pretty cool and very informative, but way over priced (in my opinion). The water slides are also pricey for what they are. Good for small kids but nothing more. And as they have session times rather than being open all day, you really can't make the most of money spent either. I have not tried the ice skating ring but would like to in the future. The toboggans are actually reasonably priced and fun for all. Good views from on top of the hill. Food in the cafe is ok - they could do to renovate so it looks less like a school cafeteria and more like a real attraction. Though not my cup-of-tea I am told by guests that the frozen bananas are worth a try.
This is my local video store and I have to say I thoroughly enjoy renting here. The staff are all really friendly and approachable, which is not so common in 'retail' these days. They have a massive selection of movies and lots of new releases. It's a real pleasure visiting this store.

This is THE best pizza in the Coffs Harbour/Sawtell area (in my opinion). It's a locally owned store and the service on every visit has been outstanding. The proprietor is friendly and makes the best pizza. The base is their own special recipe (part wholemeal) and whatever it is in combination with the sauce on the base, it has the most unique unreal taste i've ever had in a pizza. Lots of sizes to choose from and well priced for such quality food and service. As I live in Coffs I travel for this pizza and it does not disappoint - I wish it were closer to me so I could frequent there more often! The store is quirky on the inside and has seating inside and out to accommodate for all. They also do their own garlic bread, very tasty. I really love this pizza place!
Pay Pal is awesome. Easy to sign up for, easy to use. Offers comfort and security when buying online if Pay Pal is available. No fees for use of this service when making online purchases. I actually have no idea what they get out of it, but I love it and it's great for customers.

We stumbled across this cafe on a casual drive through Nana Glen. What a find. Nestled in a beautiful garden surrounded by hills they have a menu big enough to cater for just about anyone. Food was well sized, tasty and affordable. The drinks menu, as big as the food menu, also offers lots of options and the alcohol compared to most places is also very well priced. Though we did not have dessert on this occasion (too full from lunch) they offer a fairly decent cake/sweets selection. A great spot for a meal or snack, we will definately go back here when in the area.
Yum! This is good pizza, especially for vegetarians, vegans and the gluten intolerant. With a menu full of meat-free toppings, a wholemeal base and friendly staff who are happy to make suggestions, this pizza place is sure to impress. Prices are reasonable for the quality ingredients these guys offer. Eating it tasted somewhat healthy though, compared to the greasy pizza's I would usually buy. This is not a bad thing of course, just different!
Oh my gosh, this bakery is vegan/vegetarian heaven! Forget meat in your pies, La Panella sells home-made vegetarian sausage rolls, pies and pasties. And they taste unreal (even my meat eating boyfriend agrees)!! All other bakery favorites like donuts and scrolls are also labelled vegetarian or vegan. Prices here are astounding. We brought three sausage rolls with sauce, a jam donut and mini iced donut and it all cost only $6 something. Amazing. Service was fine. Shame there is nowhere great to sit outside (there are park benches outside the church across the street, but no shade) but these baked goods are so worth the trip wherever you live!
We went here after I read the reviews on womow. This place was great! The beans were delicious. Service was excellent. Lots of options on the menu made it hard to pick just one meal. I look forward to returning to sample more.
Baaaaaaaad experience had here. We booked for 6:45 and arrived on time. We were seated promptly and left (for some time) to peruse the menu. We ordered drinks, entree and mains at the same time. Drinks arrived fine. A long time after ordering, one of our two garlic breads arrived. There were 5 of us and 4 pieces of bread per serving, so it was demolished pretty quickly. The next garlic bread arrived with an apology saying our bread order had been confused with the table next to us and they got our bread and delivered to us was a serve of their 'cheesy' garlic bread. They offered to replace this but we were hungry so we took it. ONE HOUR after we had placed our order (and after asking about our order a short time before it reached the one hour mark) a waitress came out and informed us they were out of mushrooms in the kitchen. Three out of the five of us at the table had ordered the mushroom salad!! We were fairly unimpressed, how could our order have sat in the kitchen for one whole hour with no one even looking at it to then finally be ready to make the food only to find out the main ingredient was missing? Very very poor. We were offered more avocado to replace the mushrooms, but this was not a reasonable substitute. We asked for the menu back and replaced our order. 15 minutes later our three new meals arrived but the two other meals were still behind. Food was ok, but not spectacular. After all of the waiting we had a visit from the manager, just a general casual, "how is your meal tonight?". We explained the drama with our meal after a quite ridiculous wait and she apolgised and said she had no idea this had happened. She told us the three replacement meals would be discounted ($3 off each) and both kitchen and waiting staff spoken to. We finished our meal, ordered dessert, paid and left. The reason for the extended waiting time was put down to a busy night and few staff in the kitchen. Very disappointed with our visit and we will not be rushing back. I can also note we were not the only table having problems with the service, many complaints were witnessed that night. The young wait staff did well though apologising and copping the brunt of average management and a slack kitchen.
