For young children/toddlers families really can't go wrong here. The venue is clean and well maintained, the staff responsive with feedback and always friendly. The annual family pass makes it affordable for families to enjoy all year round which is fantastic given our unreliable weather here in Tasmania

I have frequented here many times over the years, traveling with my husband, children and grandchildren. We have stayed in varying room types and have always found the hotel to be clean and the staff welcoming and friendly. The rooms aren't amazingly spacious but when in Melbourne we don't need some where massive as we are rarely in our hotel room

Meals are of a generous size and served hot not just reheated. The dining area has been designed to accommodate families comfortably and the menu seems to cater to most preferences. The meals are affordable and great tasting.

Dr House is lovely, a friendly man who remembers you personally and asks after your family too. He is professional and quick and does an exceptional job. The clinic is modern clean and well laid out with plenty of room and privacy.

The staff here are beautiful, they always ensure that they provide top level of customer service, they have a great range of colours and all the staff are very capable in colour matching and discussing the best cut/style to match your face and personality

A fantastic venue to have a party, the staff are exceptional, the gardens are a beautiful location for a wedding or naming ceremony. The meals are generously sized and absolutely devine. Worth every single cent
