After using products and finding them not suitable for my skin type Jodi helped me find something that was right for me. She customised her products to suit me and she was more than happy to do it. She makes you feel like a valued customer and shectually cares. Everything is natural that she supplies so its guilt free and she is open to customer feedback. Not to mention her constant supply of free samples... just got one today !
The Revesby branch is WAY better than other Domino's branches that I have tried in the past. The pizzas are made with more care and the topping looks like is been put on with care not just thrown on. Always on time. Excellent value when they have deals on.
The doctor I see there always takes her time to make sure everything is accurate. She takes my opinion into consideration and takes her time to explain things to me. She actually cares about you not just how many medicare card she can get through in one day.
Always great, friendly staff. Excellent customer service. You get a massive arrangement for around the same price of a bunch elsewhere. You always get a hand with the door and getting the flowers, and balloons into your car.
Always misunderstandings and mistakes take place. It is frustrating trying to understand their staff who don't know English properly. I have had several incidents with them. And a lot of miss-communication. If wasn't locked into a contract I would b long gone.
Despite the fact I am from a different ethnic background I still think that Dodo needs people who can speak English properly or at least are understandable. It is frustrating trying to communicate to someone you cant understand and and on top of that each rep tells u something different.
I have encountered numerous problems with them.
Its been a pleasure leasing from John & Doris! The most down to earth real estate company I've ever dealt with. Very smooth and easy to deal with. Great customer service. And very understanding.
Exceptional customer service. I have never walked in there without being attended to asap. And in a very courteous manner . The staff are great! Always offering helpful advice as to which medication to choose and how to use it.
