John, Ivana & Grace provide a great environment to have your hair done away from prior eyes. (His saloon is in a modified house opposite Soldier's Reserve!)
My wife and I have been going to John for years and have always been happy with the cuts. My wife is especially happy with the perms and colours.
They do what you ask them to do but, as we are both fairly conservative, I suppose this may be fairly simple. They make helpful suggestions but are not offended if you don't take them up.
You are always offered a cuppa and, if they forget, don't mind a reminder.

Ray & Dale provide you with great advice and fantastic service. I've been taking my cars to them for many years and have complete faith in their friendly and professional expertise. They keep a check on all aspects of the car; give me an idea when the more "expensive type items " may be coming up (e.g. brakes, new tyres, etc) well before hand so that I know what to expect, and, if they find something that needs doing during a regular service, will always phone me before going ahead with the work, to ensure that I know what is being done, why it needs to be done and how much it will cost.
Besides their great service, they stand by their work and, if something does go wrong (No-one is perfect!) they fix it...
I've never felt ripped off by them and will continue to take my cars to them in the future.
