we booked to go overseas through this company and they did'nt advise that we needed re entry visa.s to get back into australia. Told us that our flight was domestic from adelaide and when we arrived we had missed our flight because it was an international flight and we should have been there a lot earlier. also our accom was meant to have free breakfast and they did'nt. seems when they have your money they don't care about anything else.
Have a card linked to david jones, getting points when you buy things has been great. have used the points to get a tv and washing machine.
use this to pay bills and buy things on ebay. have used over 100 times and never had a problem. safe and secure
Our dog had an operation on her leg (ligament) and the staff did a great job. Had about 6 visits afterwards which were covered under the original cost of op. Our dog is now back and running with no side effects.

Hi John STA travel did extactly the same to us told us it was a domestic service from Adelaide to Sydney - Sydney - Bangkok and will not take any responsibility. As the company are not interested after taking our money my intention is to take this as high as I can go. They should not be permited by law to continue to do this and we are not the only ones this has happened to. They have givn us misleading information and should not be allow to continue. Our trip was on 09th September.
