The service at Inglot, bondi junction is really great. I went there to get my make up done for my brithday and they were impressive. Not only do they have an amazing range of makeup, but they professional job they did on mine was lovely. After that, i got to spent the money for my makeover on products!
Approximate cost: $70
I love these hairdressers as they are all very funky and different! they provide good hair cuts and colours and are all extremely friendly. The ony negative is that the prices are a little steep-but this is Bondi junction after all!
Approximate cost: $100
This is one of the best thai massage places i have ever been to. The massages great, they are as hard or soft as you request, the prices are competitive, only $60 for an hour! and the service is amazing, there is music and candles and you get green tea after every massage.
Approximate cost: $60hr
This place is excellent if you are looking for a quick and cheap wax! I like going here because you don;t need an appointment, you dont usually have to wait long and im in and out of there in 15 minutes.
It is a little rushed though, so if you prefer a more personal and calming experience, this place is NOT for you.
Approximate cost: $35
This is a great fish and chips place in coogee, much better then the one down on the actual beach. Grab some takeaway, go sit on the headland with a bottle of wine-Perfect! A lot of people complain about the price, but really, you are paying for the quality of the fish! Great marinades!
Approximate cost: $20
Out of all the thai places in coogee, or indeed the eastern suburbs, this one stands out :) The prices are extremely reasonable for the BIG servings! Two of us had entrees and mains and BYO and it came to only $40! The prawn dishes are great!
Approximate cost: $15
This is my absolute favourite place to eat breakfast in coogee! While you sometimes have to wait and the prices are a little on the steep side, it is totally worth it because the food is imaginative and delicious! The breakfast bruschetta with basil pesto ricotta is to die for and the haloumi stack is amazing! The coffee is average to be honest, but have a smoothie instead, the berry one is thick and flavoursome.
Approximate cost: $15
Average, Average, Average!
The ambience in this place is totally sweet and charming with the checkered table clothes and nice italian feel to it, however the food is simply boring, the prices are too high for the small prices and nothing really stands out. If you are after basic italian spaghetti or pizza then this place will be great, if you are expecting anything more, try somewhere else!
One of the best laksa's in the eastern suburbs!!! The taste is good, just the right amount of spice and thickness of the soup. Tasty prawns :) The price is good as well, nothing really below $15, and this is on par with similar restaurants in the area-great place to go for a bite to eat for lunch :)
Approximate cost: $13
This little thai place is pretty much like every other thai place around the eastern suburbs-which is quite a few! To make a thai place impressive, it really needs to stand out amoung the crowds, and unfortunately this place does not. It has tasty food, for reasonable prices-but so do so many others-so all in all, it is a great place for some cheap, easy thai food.
