Lovely welcoming , very grande entrance , service is great i asked many questions and all of them were answered very satisfied , rooms are great , prices are very cheap for a 4* hotel 155 per night .

Service here was horrendous , i waited 20 minutes just to get served , the customer service guy was on the phone without even putting the other client on hold , Although the rooms are perfectly fine also close to local shops.

Great pizza from here , very fresh and delicious lives up to the pizza hut name , i come here on a monthly basis after work , customer service is friendly!

Large gym providing great facilities such as a large swimming pool , sauna room , gym equipment great , to top it off , friendly female receptionist which are glad to help.

LOVELY Atmosphere , felt right at home , customer service is great , HUGE car park at the back , entrance is on the side , yum cha is great , prices are average . higly recommended!

Great tea's and bubble teas , i recommend taro milk tea with pearls at the cost of $4.60 , also memberships are available for 50 cents , great little desert house!

Great restaurant , makes you feel just like your in japan, main courses are great , although abit pricey , Make sure to try the Green Tea Creme brulee its fantastic .
