Staff have great knowledge of the wines and areas of interest in the area, knew what they were talking about and offered honest advice and recommendations about Moscato wine

Easily found tariffs on wotif.com, very clean rooms and bar b que area, great value for money and in close proximity to the dandenongs and mornington peninsula. tariffs are unbeatable and affordablefor two nights

Arrive at Port approx 20 seconds before ferry was to depart Sorrento and had to run as fast as possible to board, they waited while we purchased ticket and prepared for departure as soon as our feet touch the ferry It was so close and they could have left without us, we felt like we were on the Amazing Race

Applied on line for a personal loan and within 3 days had cheque for new car in my hands, little effort but was made to feel important. Very helpful and honest with all costs involved

Arrived at Hotel at 11:55 for opening at 12 noon waited outside and a 12:05 staff advised not opening for another 10 mins, lost our business to the Esplanade Hotel

Arrived at 11:40 at this hotel for lunch after walking approx 19km we were happy to have a drink and wait until 12 noon for bistro to open but we were turned away

Two other Hotels in the area said they opened at 12 noon but weren't the Esplanade were very welcoming and nothing was too much effort at approx 12 noon

Very friendly, helpful staff when experiencing a GPS software problem. I could not turn on GPS after installing updates so staff were helpful enough to ensure GPS was functinning

I have a renewed clean oven, I had tried many products but none worked until Ross from oven cleaning company came to my rescue! I feel much happier having a clean oven and he also cleaned my hotplate
