I have visited this place frequently because it has a playpark where kids can play while you have lunch/coffee etc.
I have decided this year to boycott The Primary. Not because of the food which is okay and some cases, really nice.
The service is appalling. The manager has a very condescending attitude and I find him very rude at times. There are also a couple of very surly waitresses particularly the short-haired pregnant woman. She always looks dirty and everything is always too much trouble for her.
I have lost count of the times when they keep taking things from your table because it's obvious they want rid of you.
The service is also very slow even if you say you're in a hurry.
I organise school occasions and we used to do them here but no more. I'm paying goo
