We are a bit disappointed, we recently moved to Chelsea and were excited to order our first fish and chips. We ordered over the phone as we had their brochure, we ordered the single dinner pack with one extra flake (This was our usual order in our old fish and chip shop) but when we got to the shop, they actually made a family pack for us with an extra flake which was a lot of greasy food for 2 people! and we had to pay for their mistake too, as we could not prove what we actually requested over the phone.
Not the best fish and chips either, there was too much batter on the flakes, and the chips were a bit on the soggy side.
Hope for a better experience next time, but for now, we are looking at alternative fish and chip shops.

What a hidden gem in Chelsea with wonderful food. Have been for breakfast on occasions and have always enjoyed that experience with their twist on some dishes. Certainly will be getting the word out to those that don't know about them yet. Such friendly service and exceptional coffee... thank you

The food looked great, too bad the service is glacial pace. There weren't a lot of people in there either, maybe they were just having a bad day. But, when all three of us just ordered a muffin and they took over an hour to serve it they need improvement yet my friend who ordered a hot meal got hers and had finished it before I saw my order.

I went to do a 7 day free trial and the girl there took my credit card details and signed me to a 12 month membership, I didn't think I'd have an issue stopping after the 7 day free trial if I had to, as long as I told them that I didn't want to go ahead within the 7 days, just like Netflix - you need to give your credit card detail to take advantage of the 1 month free offer and then you can cancel before they start charging you, so I didn't think it was sus in any way.
I called them and let them know I would not like to go ahead past the free trial period, and the girl over the phone said that's fine just return the keys nothing will be deducted from your credit card. So I returned the key, no one asked me to sign any paper work to say that I cancelled, wow, I thought that was way too easy!
By the time I realised payments have been deducted from my account from Fernwood I was already 2 payments in, I called them to ask why the payments are being taken out when I was not even a member, [redacted personal identifier] said she'll look into it and call me right back, a week later another payment has been deducted while she ignored my request. That's already $250 taken out of my bank account without my authority!!
They are stubborn [redacted offensive language] and act like it's their way or the high way, they didn't listen to me explain the situation, and didn't seem to care that their staff have stuffed up in my expense! They said I have no evidence that my story is true, yet I presented my case and she just refused to listen to anything I said. Check your CCTV cameras and get a customer service lesson, or 10! [redacted inflammatory comment]
Oh and thanks for waiving the $280 cancellation fee for a membership that I never signed up for!!

I had the Finger Food People cater at my engagement party in Feb 2017. They were so helpful, they visited the venue prior to the event to see where they can set up, on the night they found us and introduced themselves and explained the plan for the night. They were very conscious of working around our speeches. The food was amazing, and lots of it for a great price, the guests loved it. Thank you so much to the Finger Food People team, I definitely recommend them

Me and my friend went on a coffee date, we loved the cakes, there was quite a bit of variety, but don't go there if you feel like something savoury as there is not much choice. The shop was busy so it took us quite a bit of time before we got served.
I got my hair lightened for the first time, and I was really scared of the idea of bleaching my hair.
But the hair dresser was amazing! she talked me through it at the start of the treatment and all throughout the treatment, she ever gave me after care advice!
My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it, and I even got a discount card for next time I come.
I highly recommend this hair dresser.

I love to go to Doyles for a pub meal and a beverage. They have a lot of big TV's to watch sport on. The food is delicious and the meal sizes are generous.
Even though there is a pub down the street that is a tad cheaper I like to go to Doyles over the other pub as it is a lot cleaner, and less smelly than a normal pub.

I used to go to Mentone Hotel's "edgy Wednesdays" which is when the pub turns into a club for the night.
It was a lot of fun, good music, and cheap drinks. I heard that it is getting knocked down soon so that is very sad. the youth is going to miss out on the fun nights that I know can be experienced at the edgy.

Me and my partner make an effort to go to this cafe very saturday morning. We absolutely love the food and the coffee. We even get take away coffees often during the week as we are addicted!
The cafe has a very cool vibe which is complete from the music, to the staff members.The staff are very friendly and attentive.
The only thing that I would warn is to defiantly book a table if you come, as they get very busy some times and they need to knock people back as they are often booked out. I don't blame them!
