Was there for 2+ hours looking around and comparing different types of Plasmas. The salesman was very friendly and gave us a pretty good bargain. This in comparison to The Good Guys (Nunawading), they had the same model for sale but its ex-display for the same price as Harvey Norman but their one is brand new!

Bought a 2 and 1/2 seater with a chaise from them. The quality of the couch is nowhere near the ones that were on display. Its wrinkly and it appears that was squashed during exportation. The chaise is firm but then 2 and 1/2 seater is soft.

Installed our split system. Friendly and honest. The total cost was $680, because the outdoor unit had to be mounted 3+ meters apart from the indoor unit. He quoted $680.00 if the distance between the two is less than 3 meters but to my surprise he actually mounted it all the way to the corner which is 5+ meters with no extra cost. We also got the wall bracket for free!
