Only ever used the road side assistance twice,but when you need it you certainly are glad you belong. Lost a rear wheel from vehicle half way between Rockhampton and Mackay and the local RACQ service operator was attending us within the hour. Service operator did a 260 km round trip to get the parts we required and provide coffee and lunch for us . Had us back on the road within 8 hours of our breakdown . Service was excelant.

Also able to offer a variety of product services and give discounts for multiple policies, over 55's and no claim bonuses. Insurance claims have always been dealt with promptly. Quotes have always been beter than the competition.
One of the best vehicular paint shops in Mackay. Only a small business but huge reputation. The job is done right right first time. Have not been able to pick the difference between where the repair has been carried out and the repair job. Work is also carried out in time frame quoted.
Independent tyre fitter who has competed against all the franchises and won. This business has succeeded on its ability to provide great service and value for money. The staff are loyal and know their product. They give advice with a friendly smile.
Nothing is too much trouble for these business owners. They will pick your car up from your workplace or you can drop off the vehicle and they will drive you to work or to a shopping centre. Will also pick you up when vehicle is ready. Vehicles are always returned clean and will drop everything to keep you mobile in an emergency breakdown. Never had reason to complain about the service we have received

Very honest people to deal with. Could have sold us a garden mulcher which was inappropriate for our use. They didn't make a sale but we did return to purchase a lawn mower etc because of our previous experience. after sale service is beyond reproach.
