This gym is more focused on weightlifting, but there is plenty of cardio/fitness equipment available to use. The staff are friendly and helpful. The value is great (compared to the prices of the other gym's I've seen). They also offer free classes on most nights.

I am on the 70GB/month ADSL2+ plan with TPG. I have only ever had to ring tech support once (in about a year and a half). I was on hold for approximately 10 minutes, but once I got through a technician was sent out to check the line (found and fixed a problem) and everything was working 100% fine within a day. Overall great value, and the service is as good as can be expected given the price.

I bought an 8-port network switch (didn't preorder, but the site said they had >5 in stock). I turned up to the store and was served within a few minutes (there was one person in line in front of me), was given an order form/receipt to take downstairs (where their stock was) and was given the part with no problems at all. I am definately happy with my experience overall.
