I have had Simon at Kitchen Craftsmen Cannington design three kitchens for me in the past. I have always found him to be professional and helpful with his up to date suggestions and designs for the areas provided. He is always able to ensure that your new kitchen is keeping up to date with current trends.

Most recently, after we had made all our selections and were ready to pay our deposit, Simon advised us of a 20% off sale which had just come into effect after we had completed our quote and were ready to sign the dotted line and place the order. This was something that we wouldn't have otherwise known about and it saved us about $2000. He was under no obligation of offer us this discount but was honest enough to advise us of it immediately. This kind of honesty and service is something you do not find very often.

We found all of their tradesmen and staff to be very helpful and were able to fix various issues that we encountered during the installation.

Simon is always happy to help if you have any modifications or questions throughout the process.

The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are all of a very high standard and look magnificent. They were installed on time and without any problems or fuss.

The stone benchtops were installed 10 days later and are all of the highest standard and look great.

The overall cost of the project was good and the end result is outstanding.

I have been using this Company for over 10 years for ducted evaporative air conditioning systems. It is a family owned and operated business who have years of knowledge and experience and are always happy to offer good sound advice for your heating and cooling needs.

They carry various kinds of air conditioning and heating options, evaporative as well as reverse cycle refrigerated and offer the brands Breezair, Braemar, Convair, Coolair, Haier etc.

I have personally had several of their Breezair units installed and they have always been reliable and good quality. Any questions or issues are always dealt with quickly and without question.

I have used their warranty service and they came within 24 hours to repair an issue with a unit that was minor and repaired on the spot.

They offer great competitive pricing and service that is second to none. I have recommended this company to many friends over the years and they have all been delighted with the results.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for good honest advice from professionals in this field.

Chris and Teddy Martinovich have been located at these premises for at least 40 years (that I know of) and have been providing top quality chiropractic care for decades.

They see their patients over the course of 3 separate sessions. The initial session involves some light manipulation and the application of a warm herbal poultice strapped over the affected area. You return the following day for a manipulation, where they use a type of squash ball to move everything into its correct place. Strapping is then placed over the area to give it extra support and you return for your third and final visit a day or two later for a minor manipulation and you are all set.

I have visited several chiropractors over my years but none have ever come close to the results that they are able to achieve after a few sessions. I have never had to return for a visit beyond the 3 and their methods have been used successfully for decades.

Believe it or not, the total cost for the 3 sessions is $105. If you are a holder of a pensioner or concession card then they charge $90. My health insurance company refunded the full cost and it was below the scheduled amount they usually refund.

I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough and was surprised that no reviews had been written here previously. I guess it's one of those things that you don't think about until you need it...which is what reminded me to write this today!

We recently used this company to finish a few electrical connections and fix a couple of issues left by a previous electrician. They missed their first appointment due to their previous job taking longer than expected but did call to advise. Two electricians turned up the next day to complete all the work inside of an hour and were very friendly and professional. The cost was as quoted and I was able to pay with credit card onsite.
They left no mess and did not waste any time - very happy to recommend their service to anyone looking for a reputable electrician in Perth.

We recently employed this company to do a lot of different work for our property and felt reassured when the owner sounded knowledgeable and experienced.

I gave the owner of the company a full itemised list of everything that we needed doing and he assured me that as it would be roughly a two day job, that they would charge an hourly rate of $95 plus gst, rather than an item by item charge.

The job ended up larger than anticipated and took a little over the 2 days due to a lot of the house requiring re-wiring.

The owner arrived on the first day with two young workers but disappeared shortly after introducing them. One was a very young apprentice (I use that term loosely) who put 2 completely unnecessary holes in my walls because he 'forgot' the correct position of switches then didn't repair the damage caused. The second who was supposedly a fully qualified electrician came through my ceiling. Yes, they repaired the damage but it cost us in time, money and cornice cracking due to the hole created in the middle of the ceiling.

After all the inconvenience the bill arrived and I was shocked that it was around $3500. The owner had hand scribbled the invoice and most of it was illegible but was clearly itemised prices on the installation of individual powerpoints, fan, lights etc.

When both myself and my husband questioned the invoice and the fact that I had confirmed with the owner on two separate occasions prior to him and his workers commencing work that we would be charged an hourly rate, he said that the cost would have been the same regardless.

My calculations on an hourly rate were of course far less than invoiced but the owner wouldn't budge. I believe that he honestly had no idea how much time his workers spent working at our property as he came and went throughout the entire time they were here and jumped on the opportunity to recoup the money he had to spend to repair the ceiling damage.

Since the work was completed we have had issues with two lights and an extractor fan, all inside of a very short amount of time. No, I will not be calling this company back to fix them!

After reading reviews here I have booked another electrician to come back and fix the problems that were left behind. I only wish I'd checked here first!

I have used Crosby Tiles in several houses and have always found their range to be varied and modern. Their prices are competitive and they have frequent sales.
If you are unsure where to start, there are several staff members who have many years experience who are more than happy to help you make the right choices in your house so that the colours flow and compliment one another.
Katie has assisted me many times and I have always found her professional, helpful and enthusiastic.

We have enjoyed several takeaway meals from this restaurant and they have always been of a very high standard with plenty of taste and fresh ingredients. The menu has a load of options to choose from and various vegetarian options.
The restaurant is nicely presented and always clean. The staff are friendly and always happy to answer any questions you may have with the menu. My husband made the mistake of asking for one dish to be extra hot and his wish was granted. So dont be afraid to ask if you prefer something a little spicier than normal, or visa versa.

Have eaten inside the restaurant for lunch and dinner and also experienced their takeaway.
Lunchtime is definitely better value as most of the dishes are around $9.90. The service is fast but the staff offer no personality or enthusiasm and only 'appear' to speak basic english. The food is fresh and usually of a consistent quality. Once you are finished dining inside the restaurant you are usually encouraged to leave by way of the staff cleaning your table immediately and then hovering around you. We have always felt a little rushed out the door and are given stares if we dont move on fast enough. They also tack on an extra charge of .50c if you want to pay with your credit card, which is promptly added to your bill.
The dinner menu varies a little from the lunchtime one and averages around $16+ for the same size portion as lunch. Again, the quality is good, food is fresh and service is fast and the restaurant is usually kept very clean and tidy.
Takeaway is of the same good quality and is ready within 10 minutes so a great option if you are in a hurry and dont have time to sit and enjoy your food in the restaurant.
This restaurant is very popular with the local Uni students so finding a table can be a challenge sometimes, so takeaway can be a really good option.

I frequently have lunch at the Secret Garden, including their great take-away rolls and hot foods.

The outside garden area at the rear of the cafe is like a small oasis in the middle of a busy area. The surroundings are just lovely and it's a great place to catch up with friends for coffee and cake or a nice lunch.

They have a great range of hot foods as well as freshly made rolls and sandwiches.

The freshly squeezed orange juice is a real favourite with my kids.

The meals are all well presented and most come with salad and chunky fries. The service is prompt making it the perfect spot for busy Mums to relax after the kids go back school after the holidays.
