Dreadful.
I ordered a tarpaulin from Home appliances 8 weeks ago and am still yet to receive it.
I've emailed and called multiple times and get nowhere.

A tired and claustrophobic shop. The older man behind the counter had no interest in helping or providing any assistance, so I went to another post shop which was clean and uncluttered with friendly staff who helped solve the issue.
