The first time I shopped here they charged me twice on my credit card. I asked the girl at the time if this would happen, since I didn't like her attitude in swiping my card. So, when I got my bank statement and saw I'd been charged twice I went straight back. This time the guy I talked to sorted it out for me with no hassles. So, it is mixed depending on the person working.

Not a bad place to shop. The Gloria Jean's make great coffee. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had trouble locating a book and the shop girl found it easily for me.

They don't seem to have as much variety as other Coles stores do. Apart from that they are just like most of the Coles stores. Staff pretty friendly and easy going, though.

Very handy to have a 24 hour K-mart! The staff were pretty alright and the garden section well stocked! Location could be better, as it's hard to get to on public transport.

Terrible McCafe!! The coffee's were scalding (I burnt my mouth) and it took ages to actually make!? The staff just acted like they couldn't care less!

I went to the McCafe there and service was zombie-like slow! The coffee was also too hot! This seems to be pretty stand for all of the McCafe's I've been to, though!

I like this place. Fast, friendly service. The coffee's taste pretty good. Have not tried any of the hot food though.

Doesn't really taste like authentic Chinese food but I do love the fact that they only use some MSG and not alot. Handy location for take away.

Absolutely delicious felafel!! One of the best Felafel rolls I have ever had. The chips were also cooked to perfection! Don't like the overt attitude of one of the staff member, but the food is great!

Some of the cakes are pretty nice, others on the hand taste pretty stale. They say everything is baked fresh and it probably is, but the pies we had didn't taste all that great. They were reasonably priced.
