Lu's give a fabulous 15 min shoulder massage, and they can usually see you at the drop of a hat. I get all bound up in the shoulders from using a computer too much and weekly massage has reduced the frequency of my tension headaches dramatically. They do other massage and have other locations, but I havent tried these. They thankfully have never tried any crazy neck manipulations - just a great muscle-pummeling workout.
