All of the female staff are very warm, friendly, welcoming, very helpful and very motivating. Most of the men are great, but some of the young guys need to grow up and stop leering and puffing and preeming. The facilities are great as are the classes. Only draw back is that due to the layout of the cardio room there is not adequate ventilation for the treadmills if someone really smelly gets on the treadmill next to you or near you. The stench can be so bad that you have to leave the treadmills. Apparently other patrons have noted this but their is little the staff can do.

I have spent 15 years looking for a good mechanic and have finally found one! Finally a repairer that makes a VACC Accredition mean something! Arthur at N.K. Motors is a dream come true. Arthur has impeccable customer service skills, he is warm and friendly and down to earth, explaining the works required in an easy to understand manner and only carrying out work that needs to be done. He is a highly skilled mechanic who takes great pride in his work, placing your needs and the safe and smooth running of your car over the need for profits. . He is the only mechanic who has ever said to us, "I checked your oil filter and it was fine so I didn't replace it." Our car runs like new now - for the first time in 5 years!!! I cannot recommend N.K. Motors highly enough! A service with a full safety check costs $198.

La Manna is a Brunswick icon. It has a consistently high standard of flavoursome and fresh fruit and vegetables at reasonable prices. The ladies at the cash registers all have children of their own so they are very understanding of hassled mothers with small children and great at entertaining the children while they wait at the check out. They also have to option of taking your own bag or using one of their boxes and will heop you carry the boxes/ bags to your car. The boxes make excellent toys for small children!

My three year old son started at Dawson St this year and loves it. This is the first centre that we have tried that he loves and we love. This is the first centre that hasn't told us that they all cry for a while but he'll get used to it. Instead the staff acknowledged that not all children take to child care. All of the staff are lovely - very interactive with the children and seem genuinely interested in the children. No sense of burn out, great vibe to the whole place, lovely happy children who have been engaged and taught well. They were very supportive and had a great sense of what my son needed to settle in and flourish in this environment. They give me excellent feedback on my son's day and progress and don't lie to me as other centres have done. We have tried 3 other centres and they were all disasters - this place is truly exceptional!

I have been a bendigo bank customer since 1997 and have never had a bad experience with any of the services that offer. When my wallet was stolen the staff were highly supportive and sympathetic, going out of their way to help me. They always indulge my active 2 year old and are sweet and understanding about how stressful it is to try to do complex banking with a two year old demanding attention. They offer great advice and making banking a thoroughly enjoyable experience - an amazing achievement.
