There are better ones around this area. Ordered a Thai fried rice, was really disappointed to find that they used frozen veggies ie frozen peas corn and carrots in the fried rice! What kind of restaurant would do that? Was in disbelieve. Won't go again

When I used to live in NSW, I always go there. I like to support small business. I purchased all the big items from them for my first born, since then I have noticed that the quality of products they stock has gone downhill a little.

Their service is great. Natalie, the shop owner is great to talk to. She always give out good advise as she has 3 kids of her own.

I absolutely love this online store! Have purchased from them at least 6 times in the past year. Great customer service and reasonably fast delivery. Have decent sales on most of the time. Free delivery on purchased over $50. This site is my first stop to look for new toys/gifts for my kiddies

Oh I must say he is the best dentist I have been to! So gentle and non judgemental. (I don't really look after my teeth as I should) Understanding and have time to listen to what you have to say unlike others just rushing through. Really happy I found John!

Been seeing Ben for a while. He is very accomodating and good at treating babies too. I go there and get treated at least once a week and take my babies to see him too. They also have massage therapist there. Sometimes its hard to get an appointment as they are very busy. Busy = many happy customers :)

Don't understand why people queue to go there. Food is mideocre. Service is not great either. If you have tried genuine Japanese food, you will agree with me

Apart from the always long queues waiting for the receptionist, the doctor I see is fantastic! I only ask for Dr Tang, he is so patient and understanding comparing to the 2 other doctors I have seen there.

The receptionist are very helpful too.

NOT RECOMMENDED - I placed 2 orders with them using coupons in last Nov, only 1 order came through withot problems. I had to chase up the other order which were 2 prints to be sent to Sydney and 1 to overseas. So at the end of Dec, I emailed them, they claimed that the package was damaged. Don't know how they knew that if the receiving end never got it in the first place. They then promptly dispatched part of the order. Was still missing 1 print after 2 months. I emailed them again for the 5th time to ask about whether they are going to fix the problem. They came back saying it was delivered. They didn't even check the email chain and didn't know what the problem was) Ok...another email sent to ask AGAIN!
I did place an order in Nov, took them 2 weeks to edit the photos, and finally the order was placed at the end of Nov. The prints were for Christmas, I thought ordering in Nov would be safe to have my prints for Christmas but NOOOO.
Yes they are cheap and offer photo editing....I would NOT use them again, I rather pay double, not to go through this hassle! Also, all the canvas were sent from China. They are only an internet company with Australian web address but the company is based in China. I rather pay someone local then send the money offshore
