The Centre is not 24 hours anymore.
This is where my GP is so I go here all the time.
The centre is back to bulk billing as long as you have a Medicare Card.
They also have many specialists, x-ray, dental etc on the upper floors and most of them you can go to free of charge if you have a Health Care Card.
The seating is quite comfortable and there is a tv for you to watch in the downstairs waiting room.
The nurses are always friendly and they are the only place i've been to that hasn't hurt me taking blood.
That being said - the waiting times are sometimes up to 3-4 hours depending on the time of day and most of the doctors ship you in and out as quickly as possible. Essentially this is a large Medical Centre and you get what you get.
I worked on Ferndell Street a few years back and would head down to this cafe every few days for lunch with my colleagues.
I was in the area a few weeks ago and went in for a bite to eat, the owners remembered me and asked me how I was doing.
The staff are so friendly and it was wonderful to be remembered years later.
The food tastes great and they have a wide variety of options to choose from.
If you have a friend who is always complaining about small portion sizes of meals, send them to Terrey Hills Tavern bistro.
Their meals are larger than any I have seen in any (single meal purchase) bistro, pub or restaurant.
The meals and drinks are very good value for money and they have weekly specials for those looking for more of a bargain.
One downside is that the bistro is very popular so book ahead of time, get there early or be ready to wait in lines that go out the door for your food.
I have lived all over Sydney but I still go back to Jenny's for Chicken & Gravy rolls! The taste is always succulent and the gravy is one of the best I have tasted.
They do catering for large or small events upon prior request and all of their prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive.
The last laptop I bought from the Laptop Factory Outlet lasted me five years before it stopped working. Heading back into the store all these years later and they still have the same amazing service and attention to detail.
They have great in-store bargains for run-out models and I have suggested them to many people looking for a cheap quality laptop.
Discovered this company earlier this week, I requested a sample pack from the company as my Scout group is running a major event in the new year and we were looking at having a badge made for it.
The sample came very quickly with not just the patches but samples of all their stock. Very pleased with the quality of their workmanship and have already put in a request for quote.
This is a group of young enterprising Scouts who have a passion for Circus and the performing arts.
I have seen them perform for various over the last year and the members skills have improved immensely.
If you are looking for a group to perform at your event or community festival contact them on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/CirqueDuScout?ref=ts&fref=ts
They are so friendly, down to earth and interact well with all age groups.
The theatre and location are close to public transport with buses right at the door, parking for the theatre is limited and other parking close by is pay parking - so either be ready for a bit of a walk, catch public transport or be ready to pay for parking.
The theatre has it's own restaurant outside and a kiosk bar inside, if these do not appeal to your tastes head down Church St to find many different restaurants.
I have been to Riverside for multiple productions over the years, the seating is comfortable and placed so that you have a good view of the stage no matter where you are sitting.
The staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate you wherever possible.
The only downside I have found apart from parking is that of general crowd control when leaving at half time or full time of a production. With young children it is very difficult to keep a hold of them or in sight with no structure to the comings and goings.
I walked into this shop about three weeks ago with my partner and just wanted to buy the whole shop. We were walking around for easily well over an hour, we had gone in to look for a birthday present - we could not decide what to buy!!
The majority of the items were NRL, AFL or Sport related, however there are many items that would be right at home in Woman/Man cave.
If you are able to get out to Windsor NSW, look up their website www.guystuff.com.au and have a gander.
If you are looking for a quality nurturing environment for your child look no further than this amazing purpose built centre.
My niece was enrolled here a few years back and it has been amazing to watch her grow and flourish under the care of the educators at this establishment.
The centre provides all meals, cooked fresh in the onsite kitchen.
The centre organises field trips and an onsite library.
