As a cameraman, I work beside a lot of photographers. Many are good, some are great. This guy is great. He provides an all day service and really gives himself to his work.

On a warranty job, lost the parts order details and did nothing for 6 weeks until I contacted them. Then there was a condescending attitude from the repairer while conducting the repair. I am not comfortable with this business, nor confident in their ability.

Great! The family runs the shop so its all about personal service. They even deliver. For air conditioning, they will survey your home to make sure you buy the right one.
