Disappointed that they went to the bother of noting that the steering fluid holder had a broken clip, yet they failed to add the needed fluid....despite "top up of all under bonnet fluids" being part of the supposed service (- which makes me wonder what else they neglected to do for the service)

Minor repairs that took months to complete. M E Dale had to be continually 'chased', to the point where I went back to my insurance company who had to escalate the claim. Upon completion of work, the car was returned in a worse state than when it was left, due to the fact that a panel-beating screw/ bolt was embedded in a tyre causing a puncture. Despite coming directly from their panel beating premises M E Dale refused any responsibility and so I had to take the car directly to the insurance company who took photos and they organised a repair for the tyre. Work completed is sub- standard and I am currently organising with the insurance company to take it elsewhere to have work rectified by another panel beating business.
