I visited Mt Romance a couple of years ago, whilst on holiday in Western Australia. They use Australian sandalwood in their products. The scent is wonderful - their body wash is so calming. I find their prices a little steep, and adding postage makes me hesitant to order, so I don't order as often as I want to. If they offered free postage, I would!!! However, I do recommend their body wash and other skin care products, especially as it is an Austraian company, using Australian sandalwood.

I have marked 'satisfactory' for the price/cost of chemist lines, prescriptions and gift lines, etc., but I actually find that their prices are more expensive that Hornsby. In saying that, I am happy with the service they provide. The staff are very obliging, cheerful, friendly and helpful. They also offer a free delivery service to local retirement villages etc., which is a big help to the elderly and infirm residents - and there are a lot in the Turramurra area!!! Thank You for your expertise and help.

I realize that health care costs a lot, but I am disappointed that I am out-of-pocket so much, after my MBF refund. However, I am happy with the business/service. I have arthritis in my fingers, and it is frustrating to find my dexterity, suppleness and ability to carry out daily tasks diminishing over time The physiotherapists' at hand therapy at hornsby are very patient with their patiients'!!! They are knowledgeable, and do their best to alleviate the symptoms and pain that I ( and other patients') experience. Thank You!

I've been a member at Millennium for over 5 years. They have a good range of fitness classes, and a large area full of equipment to use, and a number of Personal Trainers, who can be engaged (at an extra cost!) to assist with improving one's fitness levels and correct technique. The staff are always obliging and smiling, and deal with complaints, usually in a timely fashion, although there have been times when I have had to re-submit my complaint three times or more, to be sorted out!!! My major on-going dissatisfaction - there is never a trainer "patrolling" the training area(s), to observe patrons, and assist with correct technique, so that patrons' don't injure themselves, and so, stop using the gym.

This was my first time at Chi Link, Westfield, Hornsby. I had a 30 minute therapeutic massage, which cost $40, but after my MBF refund, it cost me $14.00, which was good! I felt a bit claustaphobic, as I was 'squashed' into a small room, where another person was receiving a massage, with only a thin curtain between us. We couldn't hear each other, or each other's masseuse, which was good, but a private room, with a bit more room to move would have been nice!!! I felt the business was typical of the many Chinese Massage Shops that abound at the moment. However, the masseuse was satisfactory, and managed to find the knots in my shoulders and back (ouch!)
