Perhaps during my earlier pregnancy months, I felt there was little support, but once I was very close to my due date (last month), the service was better than any I have encountered anywhere!. I honestly can't recall better service anywhere, which is amazing considering that I had so many different midwives and doctors during my stay. I always felt supported and reassured. The advice was always well delivered and reasonable. I was so pleased with the service.
I find my personal doctor very good but felt moved to write a review on here based on repeated experience of poor attitude and unfriendly service by the reception staff. I have visited the clinic perhaps 3 times last year and booked an appt this morning. Each time, the reception staff are so incredibly rude, not necessarily to me either, it appears to be across the board.
