first time i tried these pizzas was when work purchased some on a rainy Friday - don't normally like pizzas, but found these so good and chock full of stuff that have since gone back for more

had to book several long distance holidays to travel on my own - first time for me, so needed a lot of help - found this centre more helpful than others, and staff went out of their way to help

very helpful and knowledgeable staff. have cat who is allergic to fish products, and they helped me read through ingredients of all cat foods to check them. huge range of products and prices comparable with any other place i have seen. From what i could see, all pets are covered.

always found staff courteous and knowledgeable. one of my cats is a wriggler so hard to manage for pills and injections and nails but he always managed her beautifully.

had 4 cats wanted to stay together so wouldn't stress so much , so needed somewhere with large enclosures, for a 6 week period. New, bright, airy (not indoors) very clean, experienced and helpful staff. Always go there now. Pricey but worth every penny.

go on local tours with them regularly - prices generally include morning tea and lunch and admittance to place if needed. great variety of tours, you don't need to drive anywhere yourself

my mum lives in a nursing home and came to stay for 3 weeks over christmas. don't know how i would have survived if Blue Care hadn't come in to shower her, check on her medication and make sure she had some lunch while i was at work - also to sit and talk with her.

took me when no other vet would as didn't have cash on hand, after midnight for emergency caesar on my cat who was very ill. very helpful and sympathetic staff, happy to answer my questions whenever I called. followed up with my own vet with info and help

had pre-purchase inspection on 2 places, then termite barrier laid at 1 place - he came back regularly to check it and laid baits at no extra cost. also had general pest control down at both places on regular basis
