have been going here for about 4 months to do shopping and found myself needing a coffee and a snack so heading for the grocery shop i found this nice little cafe so had a coffee and some raisin toast and went shopping

Applied for an IGA card for my grandson,Staff were friendly,knowledgeable and knew what i wanted and where to find the appropriate forms.I returned the forms 2 hours later and was remembered by the staff member so was very pleased

was browsing through the shop not really looking for anything (probably looking a bit lost) when approached by a young lady asking me if i was looking for something in particular and that she would like to help me find it.I explained that i was only having a look around for ideas for Christmas for 2 young kids,she told me about the new line of clothing and than about the toys that are popular.Well done

had a problem with a contract,went and spoke to a friendly young man who not only helped with the contract problem but rang 3 different people just to make sure we had all the correct info and after 10 minutes i was very satisfied with his service,expertise and knowledge

left waiting for long time in queue for information to do with personal loans for a car,when was served was told loudly in front of others that pensioners are not allowed to apply,feeling low i walked out
fast friendly service at all times,most days you dont have to wait in a queue and if you do another teller will come and help
