This is a great place to eat especially in summer. You can eat outside in fine weather and the food is good, in fact the steaks are great! A nice day out, but try for mid-week as it can be really packed on weekends.

Contrary to other reviews I found the service in this store pathetic. I went in looking for a cover for my Kindle and as the one I wanted wasn't in stock the salesperson wasn't helpful at all. When I was asking him about the likelihood of getting one ordered, he was mucking around doing something else and didn't even bother looking at me. Wont go back.

I really like this place and usually order short soup whenever I go there. The service is friendly and Prompt, and the food is very good. Worth a visit.

This hotel used to be very mediocre but it seems to be under new management. I was caught in traffic about a month ago and stopped there for lunch. Found it to be very tasty, and a large serving as well. The whole place seems more up-scale now and would definetely go again.

This place is amazing! Sells the best chocolates I have tasted! Very expensive though for the amount of chocolate you get for your money - maybe there never seems enough chocolate for your money though. Well worth dropping in if you are in the area.

This store used to have another one at Leura but now it is located solely at Katoomba. A really wide range of clothing, designer jewellery and antiques. Prices are realistic, and a great place to look for something unusual for yourself or as a present.

Have been to this pub a number of times for dinner and lunch. Great food and a good selection of dishes. Drinks reasonably priced for a pub. The service is very good.

This is the best Indian food restaurant I have been to! Amazing entree's and main's. For dessert try their Kalfi it's delicous. BYO. They are always busy so book in advance.

This is a great little post office. Although they are often busy, the staff are fast and efficient. Great if you just want to buy some stamps, post a package , or purchase a gift from their range of small gifts on display. They also arrange passport photo's.

This shoe store is a bit of a hike for us but well worth the occassional visit, particularly if you have trouble finding shoes that fit properly and are comfortable. They can be a bit pricey, but have regular sales, so worth keeping an eye on.
