We have been to Lollipops on many occasions, including to their Pop Fitness classes (which unfortunately are no longer running). The area seems bright and airy, and the equipment up to date. My little girl loves the teacup ride (although the staff often have to be prompted to run it). The downfall seems to be in the enthusiasm of the staff, they don't really seem to want to be there - not bright and bubbly like you would expect from people working with children.

Have been to Kid City a couple of times with my 4 year old, including for a couple of birthday parties. Although it is great that adults and under 12 months get in for free, it is unfortunate that the space is so dark and dinghy. The kids still love it, but not such a pleasant atmosphere for the adults. The food is good, but very overpriced.

Have been buying Kingsleys in Belconnen for many years now. Yummy chicken and burgers, definitely awesome chips (particularly when coated in their special gravy). Prices are a bit more expensive than comparative options, but the taste is worth it. Look out in your mailbox for special discount coupons (at the moment, I am buying my chickens for $7.99 on weekdays).

I bought some of these chocolates from Big W as part of a competition that Fardoulis ran for Mother's Day. They are delicious, delicious, delicious! Definitely for lovers of couverture chocolates. I was lucky enough to win their Mother's Day competition - and the ladies were so friendly and prompt with organising the prize delivery too. Truly a great business.
Tried this a couple of weeks ago as we have been disappointed with our local fish and chippa and are looking for something better. Unfortunately, this was worse. Although the prices were reasonable - the chips were oily and sodden, and the calamari rings were not strips of calamari, rather processed meat formed into rings (like you would buy in the supermarket). Very disappointing, will not be returning.
Very generous banquet menu (more food than you can get through). Yummy Turkish good at value prices.
The first time that we ate Encore Pizza, they were fantastic. Unfortunately, they have only gone downhill since opening. The topping has gotten less generous and the base is not cooked enough, so is soggy. Tasty enough, but just not quite there anymore.

I have been to Ojo frequently for work functions (as it is just across the road from my workplace). Can highly recommend their burgers and sandwiches with chips. Very generous portions. Would recommend pre-ordering for larger groups, otherwise the food can take forever.

It always seems to be too busy and overfull in here - and the banquets do not allow enough food for the number of people.
