Activation of termiguard around the house. The contractor sent by Termiguard was disinterested in looking for one of the points to insert the chemical. He was unable to locate the point and refused to dig into a small amount of dirt to locate instead demanding I do it otherwise our warranty is void if its not completed properly. On top of this, he blamed me for them not doing this job prior to landscaping our yard. Cost was a bit expensive for what it is. They may be an OK company in general but they need better contracters to do their work.

Painting of retaining walls and letterbox. Absolutely brilliant. Continuously passed by to check if walls were dry enough to start the job due to alot of rain. Completed very quickly at reasonable cost.

Instyle completed our retaining walls with caps and built smaller walls for garden beds before bagging them all ready for painting. They completed our hardwood decking and completed all planting of our garden. Damon offered opinions and ideas on our design which was greatly appreciated by us.

Completed our kitchen cabinets to acceptable levels although they scratched the cabinet prior to painting them but did not pick it up. Am just waiting to hear back in regards to the repairs to be completed.

Once the job was completed it was to a satisfactory level. It took them a long time to complete the hand rail. They would complete a small part and return several weeks later to complete some more. This went on and was finally completed about 3 to 4 months after it started.
