Great tasting fish and chips in a nice location with outdoor seating available. Generous serves (once adding a few extra fish fillets because they were a bit small that day) and good service.

A great variety of dishes - some favourites and some new and interesting dishes that I'd not seen elsewhere. Very tasty, nice location and good service.

The standard favourite curries, stir fries and pasta dishes are available, with some specials on weekdays. Very tasty generally, though not exceptional.

An excellent range of travel guides, topographical maps, camping information, phrase books and street directories, as well as other miscellaneous items - flags, globes, posters etc. Very helpful staff.

A good range of fruit and veg, though you can't always find everything you want. There's quite a sizable range of specialist items, too - nuts and other snacks, deli items, relishes and sauces etc. Can be a little crowded and slow at times.

An excellent range of Asian groceries (fresh and dried), curry pastes, spices, sauces, rice and pasta, quick meals, snacks and various other ingredients. Reasonable prices. Shop is slightly crowded and a tad disorganised - it is a little difficult sometimes to find exactly what you need, but on the other hand, the range is so large that whatever you want is almost undoubtedly there somewhere. In that respect it's one of the best Asian grocery stores around.

An excellent greengrocer. Mostly cheap and sometimes the specials are phenomenal. I can generally find whatever I'm looking for, though naturally it's somewhat seasonal. A reasonable selection of pasta, nuts, snacks, breads and other miscellaneous items too.

The cupcakes here are absolutely fantastic, very moreish. The icing is really wonderful and the cake is light and fluffy. A variety of flavours are available.

We went here for the pies, which were very tasty (though not a great range at the time we went, towards the end of lunch). The lamb & balsamic pie was full of flavour, and had fresh rosemary and large chunks of meat. The service was above average, very friendly.

The service here was friendly with a very homely and welcoming atmosphere, and the works burgers we ordered were cheap, and delicious - nice lean bacon, a very tasty beef patty, buns with sesame seeds and all the extras you could hope for.
