Great location in Kawana Fitness Centre. A wide range of supplements, bars, protein powders, etc. Also offer fitness clothes and gloves. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great place to have a complete workout, a variety of different equipment in different areas with upbeat music and televisions. Many fitness classes offered. Creche available. Protein & supplement store on site.

Good choice of lollies from overseas - Reese peanut butter cups, a&w root beer, etc. A wide selection of jelly beans and other lollies. Also can do up baskets for special occasions. At Easter they have the most amazing chocolate selections....

The shop is small but it has a good variety of surf wear and accessories. Good sale items. Great location across from Alex SurfClub. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Great Indonesian dining experience. Gado gado and the chicken satay's are amazing. It is not near any other main shopping but it is well worth a visit.

Independently owned. Open Thursday to Sunday. The food is wonderful. Not just seafood. Not a lot of menu choice, but always something you will love, and the portion sizes are huge!

Great enchilada's. All my friends are obsessed with this place, whenever it is take-away night this is the place that is called. Not the greatest dining in area though.

Food was great. Drinks were great. Nice to sit close to the water. Service was wonderful and a great selection on the menu. I have eaten here many times and would definately recommend it.

It is a nice place to go for a drink but it was a bit quiet when we went. Nice it is right on the esplanade and open air - weather permitting. The music could use some help though.
