Tried to buy a used around two year old car from them, had the dollars ready and was a serious buyer, the springwood yard seemed ok but depended who you talked to, each sales men gave different opinions on what deals could be done, the Mt Gravatt yard was a shocker, a salesman there told me that all the cars i was looking at approx 16 of one model had been sold, the web site differed, but could be out of date all the sudden (this salesman had been suggesting a new smaller car for the same price), so i gave the benefit of the doubt, when i was passing the yard a few days later and noticed the cars i was looking at in there, i stopped to look, a different salesman confirmed the cars i was looking at were in fact as the web site listed in the yard and there other yards. After buying a car else where i sent an e-mail outlining this situation and didn't even get a reply. the younger guys at the springwood yard appeared the more straight forward and helpful, (35-40 ish).

Spent hours on calls to try fix there errors and access my Internet banking, wouldn't even give me the number of or put me through to my local branch to help things go smoother. when finally got to a branch things were sorted out, only to have a threatening letter drafted a week later that indicates things were still not sorted out. the saga continues. The bank i have the least to do with (not dealing with them by choice, my jobs remuneration system forces me to) gives the most grief. This is a small example of years of hell with this mob.
