I had the fortune of winning a wheel balance voucher for them, so I got my new tyres fitted there... Very happy with their job, explained everything I needed and wanted to know... Very friendly staff who are professional and down to earth at the same time.

I recently bought my LCD TV from The Good Guys... While frustrated at the waiting time at JB Hi-Fi, I was attended to straight away here and got the deal I wanted in an instant. Definitely pays to do your pricing homework before you go... But I said to the guy, "JB have it it for this" and he immediately said, "We can do it for X." With X being $100 cheaper than JB :)

We have been to the Emergency Department a few times, both busy and in the dead of night... Unfortunately we've had exceptionally long wait times even when going in the dead of night... I can understand when the waiting room is full to overflowing, but not when empty... Though, I cannot justify driving into the big hospitals in the city...

We've had our car get serviced here a few times and we've generally been happy with the outcome, definitely come generally recommended. At times we wonder about the costs of some items, but I think they would be the same elsewhere!
