I had the Salmon, and it was exquisite. The location was central, the decor is tasteful and not overdone, the staff is cosmopolitan and the proprietor and chef have lived up to their reputations. The two negative reports are pure fabrications and seem to have been made by persons with an axe to grind.

I have been a customer for some years. I have purchased computers and accessories as well as repair and maintenance services from this provider. Their service and advice has been accurate, honest and timely. While not the cheapest, their prices are competetive and have proved to be the most economical for me. You are not buying a box from these people, you are buing a full service.
The staff know where almost everything is, and when they haven't known, they have found out. The range is excellent. They are not perfect, they're human.
This is an unpretentious coffee shop/lunch counter with eat-in facilities. The decor is tasteful and the staff are bright and cheerful, despite being very busy. Yhe food is best described as home style, and much is prepared for this business only. A good lunch with coffee is usually around $10.00. The clientelle is mainly local workers in retail, administration and law and other professionals. Despite there bing other "up-market" coffee shops nearby, Hoe Inn does not suffer. Most days the customers are three deep at the counter through most of the lunch hours. Still, service is prompt.

I have no axe to grind except that I dislike paying a high price for terrible food. Why don't you try some decent restaurants so that you can compare?
I come from Melbourne and I am used to eating at a variety of high quality or good value Middle Eastern Restuarants. Adana does not fall into either category.
How about you stick to reviewing the business rather than commenting on the integrity of other reviwers?
