I am a regular shopper at Universal Store and continue to find the products are great - always gorgeous, fashionable pieces and for a reasonable price. My only gripe is that the staff are very pushy and don't give you any space. it seems that they have been told to make conversation with every customer, and it might just be me, but i find it very annoying when I'm trying to have a conversation with a friend while shopping and they continually interrupt.

I went to Groove Train for lunch a few days ago with some friends and was very disappointed with the service. We walked in and was barely acknowledged by the host who waved us over to a table. we then waited another 5-10 to order drinks, which took longer than they should have to come out, then we had to wait even longer for someone to come and take our food order. The food did come out fairly quickly and was very nice (albeit slightly expensive for what it was..).
It was a nice restaurant with good food, but the service was very disappointing.

I went in to enquire about some hair extensions, simply expecting to get a price, but the sales assistant was really helpful! She matched my hair to extensions they had in stock and put them in for me to show me how they would look, as well as giving me heaps of information on how to put them in and look after them. She was very nice and genuine and didn't try to push me into a sale!
