The staff were the big stand out, the most helpful I've come across in ages. They were very willing to help me. They knew straight away what movies I was talking about and took me to them. They were very clued on. The shop also offered some good deals like 10 weekly movies for $10 etc. Had other things too like snacks and blank dvds also a lot of new releases available. They were also willing to reserve a few movies for me.
The very young looking girl behind the counter was too busy talking to a friend standing next to me and completely messed up my order, there were two things missing and when I told her she acted like it was my fault, by the time these items were added to my order the rest of it was cold.
Well it looks as though this shop is finally being cleaned up. It was a shamozzle before. The racks were full of stock (nothing on the floor) and some shelving put in as well, instead of the bins with stock just thrown in. I found some great afl gear for the kids at a good price. The woman on the register was a little unsure, might have been new.
I am a regular ANZ customer, but have never had better service or more friendly and polite staff than I have in this branch. Well done girls. The layout of the branch is inviting, relaxed and the take a number system works really well.
Friendly staff always willing to help. Have a good range of products on hand. Will match some school book lists for price. Tattslotto as well, had a division 1 winner January 2010.
The best eggs you"ll find anywhere. The way eggs are meant to taste. They also have a great deli where all the cold meat is sliced how you want. Fresh chickens and chicken pieces at good prices, also a good selection of groceries. You'll see the chickens wandering around, the kids will love that.
The products are great.You can buy in bulk and save heaps. They smell great and work well. Easy on line ordering and fast delivery. Never any problems.
I'm a regular at this coles, They have to be the most friendly staff in the retail community, they are always helpful and willing to say hello with a smile. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. It is a medium size store and they stock most products in most sizes. The store is always clean and fresh looking. There are ALWAYS plenty of registers open and I have never had to wait. There seems to always be plenty of the advertised products available.
My daughter and I both had a trim and the girls were really nice once we were in the chair. They did exactly as I wanted. The price was reasonable. Had to wait a bit long about 40mins after our appointment time. It would have been nice to be acknowleded when we walked in, not even a hello.

Supermarkets are just that I suppose but at least they could be nice. This shop has the most unfriendly staff I have ever come accross. Rude and so rapt up in there own business that no one else matters. grrrrrrrrr. Is a smile too much to ask for these days. My items were just thrown around and the girl serving was talking to some one else the whole time.
