I love the variety of salad options... just the salad bar is good value and a favourite with all our family. New renovations are nice, clean and tidy. Not impressed with their steaks, tho'... always overcooked (even if I order medium rare)... so I'll stick with the salads!
Love the deals available for Hungry Jacks on a regular basis. Their meal deals (breakfast and lunch) are also good value.
Customer service is adequate, but not particularly friendly. Value and quality of the food is very good.
Had to find appropriate hardware for a DIY job that I wasn't sure about. The staff were helpful, friendly, very understanding (I didn't feel like a 'Wally' for having no idea) and the range and prices of stock were great.
The on-line booking system is really easy and convenient, so making the appointment was a cinch. The communication was great, clear and straightforward. It took me a little while to find the place, and the massage area doesn't look like much, but Michael helped me feel at ease. The massage table was comfortably firm, the towels provided clean and soft, music lilting, aromatherapy fragrance subtle and relaxing; and the massage Mike gave was absolutely top notch... I'm not sure you could find better!
Easy, friendly, communication. Great, professional service. Easy to find, plenty of parking... 2 thumbs up!
Peter provides a great experience all round, from the initial contact, communication and reminder, listening to the client. The studio is conveniently located, neat, clean, beautifully decorated and inviting. He made me feel at ease, listened well, and then gave a really good, relaxing massage. Top marks!
