Sold us a brand new phone that did not work and took three months to sort it out. Would not give us a new phone and insisted on following 'Company policy' not hearing what the customer has to say. The counter staff were great, polite and very helpful but bound up by 'Company policy' and could not help us as they wanted to.
Wont be shopping with them ever again!

Friendly professional advice and workmanship, providing reasonable accurate quotations and timely repairs. I have recently discovered these people (by the looks of it a family business) and have had two jobs done by them. They are great, well done!

A small private (I believe) business with a great work ethic. Always ready to help and take the time to source spares AND get back to you (unheard of in this day and age!). A good range of quality stock always on hand.
