This is a beautiful and high quality store that you could spend hours wandering through. The staff are very professional and friendly. I love the gift wrapping too!

Service was quite slow and staff not particularly friendly. The food was ok but there is definitely room for improvement. I would go back but only because there are not many other cafes in this location.

Quite good service but shop is a little cluttered and difficult to move through especially in peak times when lots of people are in the shop. I would shop here for books if I was in Norwood.
