quality of items within the shop were of incredible value, and great quality. staff were slightly reluctant to help customers. was a busy day, however i was willing to spend quite alot, and had minimal assistance

harvey norman had great deals on electrical items, and assistants helped with the choice of the apporiate camers for myself. they asked alot of questions as to what my needs were, and helped me find the perfect one!

found my experience here very hard to locate items. quick tips at top of isles didnt mention enough. spent minutes running around trying to find items. quality was great however and made some great savings

staff were friendly, and willing to help out with garments changes. assistant put together possible outfits for an event that i was attending which helped a tremendous amount

girls are always incredibly friendly and willing to help with choices, when in change rooms, girls ran back and forth with garments to try on. help was great and made shopping much easier

has visited a few times, and has been pleasant. however went in a couple of weeks ago and had a young girl give no welcome. and was playing on computer for the entire duration of my being in there. no help was given

customers where very friendly, and had great communication skills. they talked quite alot, which was a little bit distracting. however found the experience very enjoyable they had a great interest in customer needs. girls were really chirpy and friendly!
