The $2 Sunday steaks here are a must try. So cheap and tasty. They also have cheap salad, chips and sauces to go with it ($3 in total) and cheap drink deals. It's great for a Sunday afternoon outing.

This cafe specialises in baguette sandwiches. They have a huge yummy variety. Their coffee is good too and they have cheap morning specials together with free toast.

The coffee here is great. The owner and staff are really friendly. They also have a huge range of food. The portions are generous and they aren't overpriced.

For a lover of Japanese food this little place is a gem. A huge selection of Japanese food most of which is under $10. The restaurant is a basic set up but clean and the staff are friendly.

If you are not into spicy food then this isn't for you, but if you love Korean then you will love it here. Most meals are under $10 so great value. The actual restaurant is simple but clean. And most importantly all but one of the dishes I've tasted here was delicious.

For only $10 you get a massive serving of lovely vegetarian food, including dessert, and a drink of ice tea as well. It is such great value and an institution in Brisbane. Great value and great taste.

This bar and bistro has amazing views of the Brisbane river without the price tag. There is indoor and outdoor seating. They have daily food specials. average drink prices and are open all week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I love going here.

This is a traditional Brisbane pub which has recently been rebuilt due to a fire. It now has a fresh look about it but still has the traditional feel. Meals here are filling, well priced and tasty. Their drinks are also cheaper than the neighbouring pubs.

This bar is an upper class pub which has more class than some of the older grimy Brisbane pubs. Its drinks aren't the cheapest but they have some great deals for meals and fun theme nights.
