Easy to get to, reasonably priced, fun for all the family, lots of different animals to see in the various themed sections, lots of picnic areas and cafe facilities, ideal day out for the family! Don't forget the camera...!!!
Be warned...all fish and chips are all cooked from fresh so you may have wait quite a while for your dinner but let me to tell you...its WELL WORTH the wait!!!! Well priced, fresh food, more than enough to share, and not far from the river if you fancy eating out!
We visited this pub not really expecting too much as we had heard that it was a particular favourite with the student population however we were pleasantly surprised...there is entertainment or special offers on most nights, the bar prices are reasonable and the food, well that was our biggest surprise, the prices are really low and the amount you get is enough for 2 people at least! Well worth a trip!
This little shop is tucked away off the Stirling Highway and is well worth a vist! It has a wide range of craft items, wool, threads, material, books and patterns, etc. all at reasonable prices! It is a delight to have a browse and pick up a few crafty items!
Great choice of topppings from the basic cheese and tomato to something for the more adventurous - ask for something hot and spicy if you dare, we're not sure what this included but it tasted really good...excellent prices...really tasy pizza's to suit all of the family...
This little cafe offers friendly service, a delicious home cooked menu, and great bites to choose from! You can relax and read the newspaper or magazine and not feel as if you're taking up a precious table! Heather's Hutch also offers take away and catering options all at reasonable prices!
Great selection of cakes if you just fancy a coffee, great selections on the food menu plus chef specials all at reasonable prices! Food is served in good time, well presented and there is always plenty on your plate! Great for kids too! Well stocked bar with a great choice and if you're looking for some entertainment, this is the place, particularly on a Thursday for the kareoke!
On our first visit to Jester's we were very surprised at the selection on offer, we each selected a different filling and again were surprised at the great taste! We have returned several times since this and have tried out several other fillings but our favourite is definately the Lambinator - lamb and mashed potato, a great combo!
One of my very favourite shops, you could actually spend a whole day here browsing the many items available! We always start morning with an Ikea breakfast - you can get a full hot breakfast and unlimited hot drinks for 2 people for about $14 and it is YUM!!!! Depending on how long you can shop for, you could fit in lunch snacks and dinner too, all at great prices without compromise on taste! The products themselves are great for budget buying, easy to assemby and look great once competed!
This family friendly place offers great menu options...tasty food served in the quickest time...the best chips ever tasted...what a great service...ideal for all the family...with good prices too!
