Designer Direct has been around for years, then disappeared for a while, but has been at this spot for a few years now. Recently we purchased Quilt cover set, sheets and cushions and couldn't believe the great price it came to. We were lucky to find a ready made quilt, otherwise to make it costs much much more. So for Manchester give this place a go.
Bought whole bedroom suites including mattress from here and they genuinely are very cheap on bundle deals. And as the name of the company infers, you need to Haggle, but they do have their limit. Delivery is very prompt too. One of the Furniture shops you should explore when looking for furniture
Find this rivers store is always busy and never has all the stuff on sale. The staff aren't that helpful, but if you know what you want, then the goods you buy will be excellent price.
Have been buying my shoes and apparel from this store for over 12 years and the expert advice you get is fantastic. The shoe prices are always good and competitive. Totally recommend you get your feet checked for the right shoe for whatever you are keen on
The good thing about this chemist is it is open until 9pm and they offer free membership to their VIP card(gives you 10% discount on items in store except prescriptions). I find it an alternative when my other chemist is not open and require something out of hours. They have great specials every now and then
This place is very outdated and is not up to the standards of recently built childcare centres. The daily cost is also not that cheap and would only recommend if you were stuck for a position.
This butcher has been around for many years and the meat quality is great. I have to congratulate this butcher as it assists community charity sausage sizzles and is a down right local. I support him as he supports us. The prices are very good too
Found these cinemas to be very clean and great during school holidays when they have early bird rates. Can be pricey like most other cinemas without voucher or cheaper tuesday.
This place has just opened up recently in this new building. It is a pizza place with a difference. It actually shows on it's menus an Allergens Key(ie Gluten Free, Nuts, Contains Soy, Seafood, Eggs, Spicy, Low in saturated fat). Great Variety to choose. Has a kids meal small 9 inch and drink for $7.50, Starters from $5 to $8.50, Medium and large pizzas varying from $13 to $22, Upper Crust Rectangular 15 inch Pizzas for $24. They even have Healthy choice, calzones and salads. They even make Rocky road or Hokey Pokey Sweet Calzones. What a treat! It's very, very good and highly recommend if you want to know what your pizza contains
This place is a Greek sweets and pastries specialty shop. The highlights for me are the baklava, and the little Greek shortbread crescents. Both are delicious, and no doubt very unhealthy, but as they say all good in moderation.
You can your treats over a coffee there or take away.
Service is fast and friendly, always with a smile.
