I first met Greg Burling some years ago and he really impressed me from the start by telling me that I only needed a hearing aid if I felt that by having one my life would be improved. Everyone else I'd been to told me that I need one in each ear! He was so caring and when we'd sorted out one I was comfortable with he gave it to me to try for three months without me paying a cent.
I loathe going to the dentist but somehow this man makes it bearable for me. He knows I am a wimp and treats me very kindly. In the past he has discussed my options with me giving the pros and cons of each option. I feel he is a very honest dentist and his charges are the most reasonable I've ever come across. He is also open late on a Tuesday evening to accommodate the workers.
I had my kitchen completely renovated. John did most of the work himself, only using tradesmen when he had to. I found him very hard to approach when I wasn't happy with something because he was unpleasant to deal with at those times. I told him early on that I wanted electrical and plumbing certificates for the work done and to date I am still waiting for the plumbing certificate. The jury is still out on whether or not I would use him again.

This has to be one of the best op shops around. The staff, who are all volunteers, are so helpful. They've even compiled a book showing fashions over the years for when customers are looking for dress ups. Most of their clothing is $4 unless marked otherwise and there are some real treasures to be found at times.
I needed a professional house inspection before starting any renovations and mentioned it to John only to find that he is licensed to do such inspections. I asked him when he would be able to do an inspection for me he said that he would do it there and then and only charge me $200 as he was on the spot.

I had all the windows in my house replaced. The outside was beautiful, inside a disgrace. MDF was used and the workmanship was very amateurish. Richard vowed never to use same installation crew again

This place makes the best pizzas ever. All my friends want to have pizza for dinner when they come to my place. Up until recently you could add as many extras as you wanted for no extra charge and now it only costs a maximum of 50 cents extra. They are just so yummy.

They persuaded me not to make an insurance claim, telling me they would look after it. I agreed as the accident wasn't my fault. They submitted a completely false report to the other insurer so much so that they sent an assessor to check my car out. It almost went to court to get paid and along the way they tried to bully me thru' legal representation into paying thousands of dollars. The worst part is that they had to respray my car five times because the quality was so bad and now I have paint peeling on both sides.
The staff are friendly. Their shop is really clean. Some of their deals are very good value. Their chips are to die for. And you usually get a little extra as a surprise.
I purchased vinyl floor tiles from them and they arranged tilers to install them. They promised 2 weeks delivery from my notification date and it actually took more than a month. The tiles only had to be delivered from Dandenong and a copper strip had to come from NSW. Both tiles and strips were in stock at the time.
