Never a long wait. Staff are always friendly and don't overload me with information after tell them I have used it before. But give plenty of information, when I haven't used it before. Which is the way I like it. Pharmacists are helpful.

Always a long line in drive-thru when I go there, inside can be long too. Almost always get served by someone who isn't happy to be there.

Also I don't really like how they have the trolleys you pay for, then get refunded when you return it. It can be such an inconvenience if I have no change, then have to get $1 out of eftpos (after I line up of course)

I love going there now since it has been done up, staff are friendly, hardly ever have run out of something I need, plenty of parking, always have baby capsule trolleys on hand, and they have those cute kids trolleys too.
The bakery staff are very friendly, I recently ordered a plain sponge for me to decorate. Not only was it much cheaper than another stores quote but was REALLY good!
