This shop is constantly understaffed.
There is never anyone available to give you a hand or directions, and if you are lucky enough to find someone (or have the time to stand in line for half an hour) your request is always too difficult and no one can help (or no one from the department your query is for is working that day!).
A pathetic attempt at a business.

What a brilliant shop!
I was on holiday and went for a brows. This is a stunning shop - beautiful clothing, brilliant service, great quality clothes.
I was really impressed.
This is one of those little gems you hear about country towns having.

Really friendly, very helpful. These guys really make the effort to make you feel appreciated by your bank.
I am not a big client and I am still given as much time as I need to make sure that I understand everything and that I am getting the best deal for me.
They contacted me to let me know that I could be using their bank better to my own advantage!

Nothing friendly about them - this place is brittle as they come.
No interest in competing with the offers made by other banks.
Took five attempts before they got my name right on my bank cards.
This branch is what convinced me to change banks.

My local - generally friendly, approachable, helpful. Lovely people to give you a hand. They always smile, and do their best to help with whatever your request.
Limited services (not a major post office), which is a shame.

Very VERY rude staff. Really unhelpful. Conflicting information from different people.
I went there to have my passport renewed. I will not go there again.

Lovely produce that we collect once a week - good quality fruit and veg.
Prices comparable with supermarkets - just without the standing in line! :)
Shame that there is so little choice. Also sorry that special orders do not seem to amount to anything (e.g. banana leaves)

They had no cream doughnuts, but spend ten minutes trying to sell me both a vanilla slice and a fairy bun - telling me that they were cream doughnuts...

Finally a medical centre that is not practicing 15-minute medicine! You may have to wait, but you actually get service and listened too, and you can see the same practitioner upon request!
