Richard built two houses for me last year - did a fantastic job! He is a perfectionist, young, enthusiastic, has enough experience to know what he's doing (and hasn't done so much that he is jaded). He's a hard worker, honest, listens to what people say they want and delivers! And he is a lovely person.
Expanded during last couple of years but product range somewhat limited. Very anglo-Australian focused purchasing. Fruit & veg were appalling quality, but after I returned rotten (1 day old) spinach, I received verbal and written apologies, money returned and gift card .. and the shop looked like someone had gone through it and upgraded F&V quality++ (Full points for their responsiveness). I don't know where they find their staff .. a real mix of genuinely helpful, pleasant people and others who are really challenged by basic requests. Could be a much healthier business if someone went through and did a stock assessment, a customer survey. But perhaps I'm being a bit hard on them. Love the Frequent Flier points and reduced petrol costs which are inducements to keep returning.
Big, bright, well stocked, well staffed. Quality fruit and veg and fresh (within labeled shelf life) groceries. Great customer service. Not often a long wait at checkouts (unless it's peak shopping time). Authentic and wide range of foods from across a range of European and Asian cultures.
