This would be the worst branch I have ever come across, the staff are so rude, and not friendly at all. Everything is too much trouble, they forget that you are the customer, they should all go back and get customer service training.

Went there for lunch, not a great deal to choice from food was just OK, not enough on the plate, food came out just warm. Service needs to improve and staff can be a more helpful

Ordered corn beef & mash it took one hour to get to the table when it arrived it was stone cold and white sauce was like glue, when it was sent back the only explanation was we have been busy, will not go there again.

This restaurant gets better and better have been there a few times, was there at Easter for a special occasion, room is nice and big, the food was divine, very professionally run, the staff are excellent.

We have been going there for the last 4 years, there platters are exceptional value for money, great atmosphere and views, staff are great, friendly and very helpful. Their E & E Black Pepper Shiraz just divine.

Have been to this restaurant a few times, it just gets better and better, food is divine, and plenty of it, and the staff are very friendly and very professional, would recommend it highly.

Fantastic very enjoyable. The tapas were great, very filling and great variety, their Chardonnay was to die for, new restaurant with good service and great views.

The rooms are fantastic, they are huge with a good sitting room, the beds are very comfortable, and sitting on the veranda looking over the valley is divine. Friendly staff.

Changed to this bank a few months ago, it is the best thing I ever did. You get greeted at the door. You are treated like you are the most important person that walked in the door, they remember your name, apologize if you had to wait for a few minutes, nothing is to much trouble.

Went there yesterday and the service was just great. I went in there to look for a evenign gown. The sales assistant was very helpful and realy went out of her way to find me a gown. I did not buy one, but I did buy a skirt and a top that she suggested that would look great on. I tried them on her recommandation, and they looked great, & bought them.
