I visited the shop to buy a hard case luggage, they didn't have one in the shop but promised me that they will check their warehouse, asked me to come back after an hour. When I came back, it was a good news, they have one in stock. Alex the shop assistant went to get the luggage. It may not be the best service but it's better than the usual - "they only have what's in the shop"

Ordered a hws on Saturday for installation on Monday. The installer installed the wrong model. The installer told me that he will come back to install the right model the following day but he never comes back until Thursday, after I called Bunnings to complain. I was disappointed at first with Bunnings because when I called to complain I was told to call Dux directly, I told her that they should be the one calling them as I am not directly dealing with Dux, I had to insist that they call Dux since I am their customer - an unsatisfied customer. She called them and voila! the installer came the next day to deliver and install the right model.

Delivered and installed a wrong model. Was promised a delivery and installation of the right model the following day but it did not happened until I called Bunnings to complain. It took 4 days for the right unit be installed and hundreds of litres of water wasted.
